Nikki Shultz
Nikki is an organizational, team and leadership development coach and consultant who has served executive leaders and C-suite teams in a range of companies, including Fortune 50, non-profit, family-owned and private equity. Nikki develops the capacities of senior leaders to thrive and lead in highly complex contexts.
Prior to founding her own coaching & consulting company - Courageous Roots Development - in 2019, Nikki spent over 20 years leading teams across geographies and cultures in numerous functional areas, from product development, global product sourcing and large-scale operations in multiple industries including retail, healthcare and manufacturing. She knows how to lead teams to deliver exceptional results in high stakes environments – she’s managed a $200M P&L, grown sales by 150%+, and received numerous leadership awards both internal in organizations as well as recognized by industry groups. She took her practical experience into Human Resources, specifically Organizational and Leadership Development, delivering consulting
services for M&A culture integration, start-up culture building, and change leadership.
Nikki is an ACC Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is also certified in the Leadership Circle Profile 360, Shift Positive 360, Vertical Mindset Indicator, CP Enneagram, Growth Edge Coaching, Inner Team Dialogue and Destra Change Management. She also currently serves as a mentor coach for Cultivating Leadership.

Jill Vosberg is an enthusiastic Business Operations Lead & Chief of Staff with over 15 years of experience supporting small business owners. She thrives as a trusted right-hand woman, ensuring smooth operations by connecting all the infrastructure dots with precision and strategic insight. Jill is known for her ability to be both a strategic thinker and a business thought partner, helping to operationalize and execute the strategies that drive growth.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and dog, reading, being outdoors, puzzles and games. She believes in balancing work with fun and is known for bringing laughter and positivity to every team she works with.
